What sets your price

An unlimited licence, with no usage restrictions
You pay neither per user nor per employee of your customers. All the features in the licence are open: you use them as you need.
A SaaS service, hosted by Hi-perf
The DRM is offered as SaaS only: Hi-perf hosts it in France, runs it and maintains it. You have no server to install and no updates to manage.
Why link the subscription to your business volume?
Because our interests should be yours. The DRM costs little when your business is getting started, and we grow with you as your sales grow.

What is GMV?
Gross Merchandise Value is the business volume generated through the platform over a period: here, the previous year. It is the basis on which the DRM subscription is calculated.
How is the subscription calculated in the first year?
When the DRM has no history with you yet, the subscription level is set during scoping, based on your business and your project.
What is not included?
Enhancements specific to your project, which are quoted separately. Everything is set out in your estimate.

SaaS or installed on your premises
Collapps can be hosted by Hi-perf as SaaS, or installed on a machine in your company. In the latter case, the platform, your applications and their data stay in your environment, and the host machine is at your expense.
Installation on your premises always includes a setup: installation, environment configuration, permissions and access. It is priced according to your infrastructure and the support you want.
Your AI consumption stays with you
AI consumption stays on your own accounts and contracts with the providers you choose: Collapps measures and caps it, without re-billing tokens.
Option: your own AI on an open-source model
Rather than consuming tokens from off-the-shelf AI providers, you can have a proprietary AI built on an open-source model and hosted on your premises. This is a specific project, quoted on request. It requires a GPU-equipped machine, which you acquire based on our recommendations. Benefits and constraints.

Is the number of applications limited?
Collapps is designed so that your key users create the applications you need. Major custom applications that you entrust to Hi-perf are quoted separately.
